What was involved

• Site survey and system sizing — large rooms throughout required careful capacity selection
• Supply and installation of 4 Sinclair R32 indoor wall-mounted units
• Supply and installation of 4 outdoor condenser units on external wall brackets
• Copper pipework routed and concealed between each indoor and outdoor unit
• Dedicated electrical circuit installed by our in-house electricians — each outdoor unit wired on its own 40A Type C MCB in the consumer unit, providing a clean, safe, and compliant installation
• F-Gas compliance certification issued on completion
• Full system demonstration and handover — all four units operational on the day

The result

This was a 4-bedroom detached property with mostly large rooms, so accurate system sizing was essential from the start. After surveying the property, we recommended Sinclair for its combination of competitive pricing and an up to 10-year manufacturer warranty — giving the customer genuine long-term value.

All eight units — four indoor, four outdoor — were installed, commissioned, and handed over in a single day, with minimal disruption to the household.

Every room now has cooling in summer and efficient heat pump warming in winter. R32 split systems are typically 3–4× cheaper to run than electric radiators. All pipework was routed and concealed neatly — a clean, professional finish throughout.
