Combi Boiler
The most popular choice for modern homes. Heats water on demand — no cylinder, no tank in the loft. Compact and efficient. Ideal for properties with 1–2 bathrooms.
System Boiler
Works with a hot water cylinder, making it ideal for larger homes with multiple bathrooms. Delivers high-flow hot water to several outlets simultaneously.
Regular (Heat Only) Boiler
Best suited to older properties already fitted with a cylinder and cold water tank. A straightforward like-for-like replacement when the existing system layout is sound.
